The "Addu Tourism Brand" aimed at boosting tourism in Addu City, will be officially launched at a special event this Friday night.

Speaking at a press conference, Deputy Mayor Mohamed Shuau said that efforts to develop the tourism brand for Addu City have been underway for some time.

Creative Crew and Encrea Maldives, won the bid for the project and has been working on it since July. The branding work is now nearly complete and will be unveiled at an event scheduled to be held at Canareef Resort.
